We have a 30-day return/exchange policy which is fully explained on the "Return/Exchange" tab within the main menu. 
  • What are the shipping options?

Standard shipping will be USPS First Class Mailing and our customers should expect to receive their item(s) no later than seven (7) business days of placing their order, usually sooner. Local Delivery is also available for those located in Miami, FL, and orders are usually delivered within two (2) business days of the order being placed.

  • When will I receive my order?

Orders typically arrive no later seven (7) business days of when the order was placed, usually sooner!

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

If you have not received your order within seven (7) business days, please reach out to us either by email at bigcapshop@gmail.com or via social media @bigcapbrand. We will do our best to fix the issue immediately! 

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

Our apologies for the mishap! Please reach out to us ASAP either by email at bigcapshop@gmail.com or via social media @bigcapbrand. We will do our best to fix the issue immediately! 

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you notice something incorrect with your order or would like to change something, please contact us immediately! We work to fulfill orders and have them sent out as soon as possible, so please note that your order may have been fulfilled already at the time of your request. In this case, we will see how we can accommodate you, however it is imperative that you reach out to us quickly.

  • Where are we located?

Founded in DADE COUNTY aka Miami, FL! We are proud to represent this beautiful place of such diversity and artistic value, and we hope to add to this city's unique culture!

  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

Our products are meticulously created starting from the drawing board. Majority of our products are printed, embroidered and/or resourced in the USA, however we have hopes of building and expanding international relationships! 

 

  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

Our hats are One Size Fits Most, meaning they should fit just about anyone! Our designs are simple, so the majority of our products are unisex unless stated otherwise. Our shirts fit TRUE TO SIZE, and if you are still unsure of what size to get we can also add that they may run very SLIGHTLY big. Exchanges are a possibility if your item doesn't fit.
